Casa Ale ( 95 square metres ) is a simple, bright, airy and comfortable holiday house. Finished to a good standard, this property offers convenient accommodation for up to five p., with two rear balconies overlooking the sloping mountains and a front wide sheltered balcony with a fantastic view across the sea. Front balcony is with furniture. Walking through the entrance you'll be into a well sized sitting room with a dining area; in front of you there is a patio door to the sheltered balcony and, in a corner, a TV set. The sofa on your right can turn into a single bed. Cooking area is partially isolated from the main room and, kitchen itself is roomy enough and fully equipped with four burners, oven, fridge, freezer and whatever you might be in need of in order to prepare a good meal. Here, the washing machine is fitted in as well. The house has two bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower over the bath. Both bedrooms a have a patio door to the rear balcony and each one is furnished with a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Double bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed whereas twin one has two wrought iron single beds. One great asset of this holiday house is that, since the beach is easily reachable directly by means of a private access from the Uliveto's enclosed landscaped garden, one can walk out of the house wearing only a bathing suit! Parasols, sun deck chairs and canoes are also available on our private area of the sandy beach of San Giorgio which is 8 kilometres away
