Casa “Draco” is suitable for 4 persons, sleeping in a comfortable main double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and, in a double bedroom situated on an intermediate level (plus 2 more using a sofa bed placed into the living room). There is a second spacious bathroom and a big kitchen/dining area. The property is light and airy and split on 3 levels. It is well furnished and finished-off with care. Walking into the living room, furnished with typical Sicilian old furniture and an extra fold-away double sofa bed and TV set, a stair case will take you up to the split level double bedroom with tall wood beamed ceiling. Going through an arch, you will find the comfortable second bathroom with a stunning built-in shower, a lava stone topped wash basin and wrought-iron fittings (bathrooms on our estate can be quite an experience!) and the kitchen/dining area. Kitchen has built-in work-tops and all necessary equipment such as fridge, freezer and microwave. A smartly placed window will allow you to a panoramic dish washing! At your back there is a dining table sitting 6 p.

					This area gives you access to the main BR, 3 stone steps down. Furnished with old Sicilian country furniture and a chest of drawers, this lovely room has a walk-in changing closet, and an en-suite BA with a surprising built-in shower. A door window gives direct access to an extensive garden facing the Tyrrhenian sea and to an outdoor heated shower. Out of the kitchen area is a loggia where our guests can relax, have breakfast, have a candle-lit dinner or simply sit and watch the breathtaking view of the Aeolian Islands, while sipping a glass of wine. This is a charming property and an unique refuge for the discerning traveller. Sat TV, safe and central heating provided. Cot available upon request. Parasols and sun-deck chairs are available on our private area of the sandy beach.
