Casa Meni is a nice and neat double floor terraced property ( 105 square metres )with a patio on the beach and another one on the lush vegetation of the Uliveto's landscaped private garden. It is furnished in modern style to a high standard and sleeps up to 5p.(plus1). Garden patio makes also entrance to the house. A good part of the ground floor is an open plan living area with spacious sitting/dining area and a fitted kitchen. There are two opposite patio doors one toward the sea and the other toward the garden. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, four burners, oven and all the paraphernalia you might need to cook whatever you might feel like cooking. One of the two sofas can be converted into a single bed. A shower-room, a closet and an outdoor wash-room are also on this floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a big bathroom with bath. Main double bedroom is seafront with a patio door to a sheltered terrace where our guests can sit and relax in perfect privacy. The room is furnished with a queen-sized bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Twin bedroom has a patio door to a terrace overlooking the garden. On the same floor there is another small bedroom with a single bed and a wardrobe. This ideal holiday home for families with small children is also equipped with Sat TV and a washing-machine is set into the outdoor wash-house. Car park,tennis court and children playground area are there for the guests to use them freely. Cots available upon request. The beach is reachable directly by means of a private access from the Uliveto enclosed garden. Parasols, sun deck chairs and canoes are available on our private area of the sandy beach of San Giorgio which is 8 kilometres away.
