Casa Pagliera is our only first floor level appartment. It is reachable by means of a charming external staircase made up of brick and stone. This property has a large loggia and a sunny terrace overlooking the surrounding farmland, the extensive garden below and the Tyrrhenian Sea; the right place where to relax, sunbathe, read, take a hot shower under the loggia or, simply, seat and watch the breathtaking view, while sipping a glass of wine.
Casa Pagliera is suitable for 2 persons sleeping in a double bedroom (plus 2 more using the sofa bed in the living room).
A door window takes you into the living/dining room equipped with old Sicilian furniture, a terracotta inlaid dining table and an extra fold away double sofa bed; opposite to the door window is a window overlooking the farm land and a tropical plant garden.

					The kitchen area is brightly lit by a big panoramic window overlooking the same view of the loggia. Great panoramic dish washing. The built-in kitchen is majolica topped and all necessary equipment such as fridge, freezer and microwave is provided. The ample double bedroom is furnished with wrought iron double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom is spacious, has a lovely patterned majolica tiled shower, wrought iron fittings and a window overlooking the foliage of some tall palms. This charming property is an unique refuge for the discerning traveller. Sat TV, safe and central heating provided. Cot available upon request. Parasols and sun-deck chairs are available on our private area of the sandy beach.
